BRYDTEN, Inc. (“BRYDTEN”) is a nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and benevolent purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our mission is to “shine a light” by supporting charitable works, training and mentoring volunteers, and advancing creative projects that promote faith-based service and community benefit.

📝 Legal & Tax Status

BRYDTEN, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Oklahoma as a nonprofit corporation (July 22, 2025).

EIN: 39-3340470

BRYDTEN has applied for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). Until IRS approval is granted, contributions may not yet be tax-deductible. Once exemption is confirmed, donations will be deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

 

💳 Donation Disclaimer

“Contributions to BRYDTEN, Inc. are used to support our charitable mission. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations. Donations are non-refundable. Once IRS recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is confirmed, contributions will be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.”

 

⚖️ Policies & Compliance

Conflict of Interest Policy: Board members and officers must disclose potential conflicts and recuse themselves from related decisions.

 

Whistleblower Protection: BRYDTEN prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.

 

Gift Acceptance Policy: BRYDTEN accepts contributions consistent with its mission and reserves the right to decline gifts that impose undue restrictions.

 

Financial Controls: Dual signatures are required on disbursements above $1,000.

 

 

🚫 Political & Lobbying Restrictions

In compliance with federal law and BRYDTEN’s bylaws:

No part of BRYDTEN’s activities shall consist of carrying on propaganda or attempting to influence legislation in a substantial way.

BRYDTEN does not participate in, or intervene in, any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.

 

🌎 Non-Discrimination Statement

BRYDTEN, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or any other status protected by law.

The Corporation may consider sincerely held religious beliefs consistent with its mission.
